This is an ex USA, triple matching numbers Norton Commando. Manufactured in March 1968, it is the 365th Commando off the first production line. It was purchased from the original owner and has since received an extensive refurbishment. The frame has had the well known factory repair and stiffening plate fitted earlier in its life.

The bike has recently been given a thorough going over to bring it back into good running condition. This included a timing side overhaul with a new chain, carburettor rebuild, fresh pistons and rings, and a full repaint. The gearbox is strong, the engine runs clean with no smoke, and it sounds excellent through the new exhaust system.

Overall it is a very tidy early Commando that is ready for the next owner to enjoy.
