Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These terms apply to the use of the Angloclassics website and to purchases, enquiries, services, valuations, and bike sales arranged through Angloclassics. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act where those laws apply.

About Angloclassics

Angloclassics is based in Auckland, New Zealand and supplies parts, selected motorcycles, apparel, workshop services, bike valuations, and selected on-behalf motorcycle sales for classic British motorcycles.

Product Information

Angloclassics aims to describe products clearly, including fitment, condition, and important limitations where known. Classic motorcycle parts can vary between models, years, previous repairs, and owner modifications, so customers should check fitment before ordering. If you are unsure whether a part suits your bike, please contact Angloclassics before purchasing.

Photos, descriptions, prices, and availability may be updated at any time. If an obvious error appears on the website, Angloclassics may correct it and contact you before proceeding with an order.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and payment clearance. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, Angloclassics will contact you to arrange a refund, replacement, back order, or alternative option.

Payment is processed through the payment options available at checkout. Angloclassics does not store full credit card details.

Shipping

Parts and stocked items are shipped from New Zealand unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown or calculated at checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates only. Angloclassics is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, or events outside its control.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, import rules, or local compliance requirements that apply in their country.

Returns and Problems with Orders

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Angloclassics as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where useful.

If an item is faulty, wrongly supplied, or not as described, Angloclassics will work through the issue in line with New Zealand consumer law.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at Angloclassics’ discretion if the item is unused, in saleable condition, and returned within a reasonable time. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are usually the customer’s responsibility.

Special order items, electrical parts that have been fitted, opened service items, valuation services, workshop labour, and on-behalf sale fees may not be refundable once work has started or the item has been supplied, except where required by law.

Used Parts, Project Bikes, and Motorcycles

Used parts, project bikes, and motorcycles are described as clearly as possible based on the information available at the time. They may show age, wear, previous repairs, missing parts, or non-original components.

Customers should ask questions and inspect motorcycles where practical before purchase. Any known faults or limitations will be included in the listing where known.

Workshop Work

Workshop work is accepted only where the job is a good fit and workshop space is available. Estimates are given in good faith, but classic motorcycles can reveal further issues once work begins.

If extra work, parts, or cost becomes likely, Angloclassics will discuss this with you before proceeding where practical.

Valuations

Bike valuations are based on the information, photographs, condition, history, and market evidence available at the time. A valuation is an informed opinion, not a guaranteed sale price, insurance settlement, or formal legal assessment.

On-Behalf Motorcycle Sales

Where Angloclassics lists a motorcycle on behalf of an owner, the bike remains the property of the owner until payment has cleared and sale arrangements have been completed.

Any preparation work, transport, storage, or additional services are separate from the on-behalf selling fee unless agreed in writing.

Website Content

All website content, images, descriptions, logos, and branding belong to Angloclassics or are used with permission unless stated otherwise. Content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Angloclassics is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of use, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, products, services, or delays.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Angloclassics may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies from the date listed above.
